I am a nationally recognised expert in Lean and improvement science. Since graduating from the world renowned Lean Enterprise Research Centre at the University of Cardiff, I have led on some of the most successful improvement programmes the NHS has ever seen. Not only do I have extensive knowledge and experience of the practical application of these methods, I am also adept at translating and communicating them in a way that makes them accessible for health and social care organisations.
